Applies to the Deal Desk form on ax-dmerg.com and the Ax-DMerg™ portal at app.ax-dmerg.com, operated on Axum Accelerator™, 30101 Town Center Drive, Suite 315A, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. Last updated October 12, 2026.

What we collect

• Details you submit in the Deal Desk form: name, organization, email, the resource you bring and your description.
• A one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type, used only for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• For portal users: account email, role, sign-in and security events, and acceptance records for platform terms (document version, time and IP address).

How we use it

• To review your submission, contact you about onboarding and the Master NDA, and route qualified submissions to the Axum Accelerator™ data room.
• To secure the portal, keep an audit trail and meet compliance obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it

Hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase) and transactional email (Resend) process data on our behalf. Licensed providers engaged for KYC/KYB receive data only when you proceed to verification.

Retention and your choices

Submissions are kept while a relationship is being evaluated and as required for records. To access, correct or delete your information, email dealdesk@ax-dmerg.com.
